From the moment Pink Ansen arrived, I knew I'd be using it in a layering. Did I want to go dark, light, contrasting, complimenting? But then I remembered Coral Riff, a gorgeous coral creme with turquoise shimmer that I haven't worn in a while. It's a gorgeous shade on its own, but coupled with everything that's going on in Pink Ansen? I'm not gonna say "nailed it" or anything, but...
On first glance, I though that Pink Ansen was a flaky glitter topper, but upon closer inspection, I realized it was chock full of bar glitter. In addition to that lovely blue/violet bar glitter, Pink Ansen is packed with opalescent glitter. I've picked out every color in the rainbow in this polish! Which really makes me want to see it over some different colors!
Application was easy, and because Pink Ansen has such great glitter payoff, I only needed one coat for my layering! I did top it off with a coat of clear and a coat of Seche, because bar glitter can be a little wonky. Thankfully there was no wonk to speak of! My nails are just about completely smooth!
