SinfulColors Pink Break
Polishes Used:
1 Coat Fingerpaints Smooth Over Ridge Filler
4 Coats SinfulColors Pink Break*
1 Coat SinfulColors Clear Coat (accent only)
1 Coat Seche Vite (accent only)
I've got another polish from the Chalk Board Diaries Collection to share with you today. It's the pink of the bunch, a pastel bubble-gum pink. It's a slightly warm leaning pink that I really like on my nails. It's a very flattering shade of pink with the same demi-matte finish as Whiteboard.
Pink Break applied nicely, a little easier than Whiteboard, but still thicker than your average SinfulColors polish. While I did use 4 coats in the photos, I probably could've stopped at the 3rd coat. I just wasn't sure how this one was going to level out, so I added a 4th to be sure. On my ring finger, I applied clear coat and a coat of Seche Vite. Pink Break shines up really well, and I'd be lying if I didn't say that I like it better this way. That's just me and my love of shiny things, though!
Pink Break is part of SinfulColors Class Act Chalk Board Diaries Collection. You can find it on display at Walgreens for $1.99 a bottle. The full Chalk Board Diaries Collection also contains A-Crush, Blackboard, Black on Black, Chalk It Up, Hazed, RADiant, Truth or Lavendare, V.I.Peach, and Whiteboard. Looks like a matte version of Sinful Color - Pink Forever, with more or less the same coverage by the sound of it.
ReplyDeleteGreat post
Thanks! I don't have Pink Forever, but it looks like the two could be pretty close.
