31 Day Challenge 2014: *14*
I know, I'm a day late... but I promise... I'm not quitting! My spots are gone, and in their place... a lovely FLOWERS throwback to the first nail art I ever did. (And we're throwing really far back... like 90s back...)
Polishes Used:
1 Coat Beauty Secrets Ridge Filler
3 Coats SinfulShine All The Rage
Sally Hansen Mellow Yellow
Sally Hansen White On
1 Coat SinfulColors Clear Coat
1 Coat Seche Vite
So... I'm officially a day behind on the 31 Day Challenge. As much as I'd love to rock out two looks in one day... with a little Peanut, it's just not realistic. I'm just going to continue on with the prompts, and hopefully I'll stay just one day behind.
I'm not sure where I got the idea for daisy nails back in the day. Probably because daisies were everywhere in the late 90s. Flower Power, Daisy Crazy and all that... :) Back in the day, I'd draw daisies on my nails using a toothpick. Pretty sure I put them on my toenails a couple of times, too. Given my limited artistic talent, and a general lack of stamping plate kits in the area... I decided to go old school and simple. But I did knock 2 more polishes off the untried list. Can we call that a wash?
The next prompt in the challenge... the one I was supposed to paint last night for today, is a DELICATE PRINT. I'm glad I looked at the prompts again this morning, because I was thinking it was intricate, not delicate, literally, like all weekend long. Not sure where I came up with that one! But I do think my idea for intricate could still work. Fingers crossed!
